I have been with Pigment for a little over 2 years and from the get go I have been excited to come to work each day! The overall "feel" of Pigment is hard to explain because I have worked with numerous companies in the EPM space previously that just worked you to the bone with no thanks or recognition. Pigment is different, we work hard of course, but everyone from the CEO down really looks out for each and every person. Every success is celebrated and all contributions are recognized, after all it really does "take a village"! If you are starting to feel overworked or just need a break, take your PTO and relax (they actually encourage you to take time off which is super rare these days), management will make adjustments in any form needed, need to take a sick day? they got you there too. Overall the best work life balance I have ever had!
Oh and we really have a great group of people here, at corporate events we all "get along like houses on fire" as one person put it lol.
