Pros
The management is very flexible and understanding. The use of Matrix management means the hierarchy is fluid when it comes down to projects and everyone gets their opinions heard. They foster and encourage creativity and new ideas. It is among the most diverse workplaces (especially in the tech industry) I've had experience with. The culture of the company is very accepting and open. Good work / life balance and casual environment. Everyone who works here is exceptional and very intelligent.
Cons
If you're not passionate about what you do and self driven, you might find it had to be satisfied. Also, be aware, when there is downtime (for whatever you're specialized in) you'll likely be cross trained in another area.
