There’s a good balance of freedom and responsibility. Team members are encouraged to try new ideas, experiment, and learn as you go. Leadership is approachable and open to conversations, which makes it easier to share perspectives and contribute beyond your immediate role. Pros: 1. Real, practical focus on AI and innovation 2.
