Pros

-Pay is average -Work environment is friendly -Unlike its sister company Pie Five, I am allowed to take leftover pizza home for free if I feel like it -tips were surprisingly high (earned $25 in tips at the highest) -Business is stable if not booming on busy days -well managed -customers are often satisfied (no Karens met in my experience) -manager was ok with me taking an occasional week off for holidays.

Cons

-Way too much work for dishwashers in buffet locations, who I myself have experienced and have seen others needing to stay until 11pm finishing mountains of dishes while everyone else gets to finish and clock out on time at 9:30pm. -corporate (a locations owners or company executives) are harsh on employees. I myself was deemed unhelpful in cleaning the lobby when I couldn’t control how packed the place was. I couldn’t sweep floors or wipe tables when the entire floor was filled with people and all tables occupied. Was soon told that they’d make me the dishwasher every day from then on (was not happy about the decision given my hellish first night) -incredibly busy, the busiest nights will typically have all tables filled and crowds filling the lobby. This is always incredibly stressful to the cooks and dishwashers who carry the heaviest burden keeping food coming to the buffet.

Pros

Employee Discounts are great. Laid back work environment.

Cons

Since each store is a franchise, benefits are very limited and sometimes non existent.
