Pros
Great career development if you're outside of sales. Good introduction to the saas world. Perks are okay.
Cons
Management change their mind every 6 months on the directions and goals of the company with very little notice. No transparency in to how the business itself is performing. You're expected to work long hours outside of your contracted hours. Customer support is shown little to no love by the business despite their focus on being "customer centric". Sales is an absolute dog fight and based off favoritism of the managers and even then one bad month after consecutive months of great performance will see you being punished despite out of this world quotas to try and hit. Pay is well under the industry standard.
