      Pros

      Since the day I started working here, everyone has been so kind and helpful. Everyone is like a big family here and they definitely take care of each other. Management doesn't expect you to put your life on hold for the company, in fact they a super accomodating to life/family needs. I've never felt micromanaged by any means either. I've never felt happier at a job. I would highly recommend working here!

      There aren't any, like I said, fantastic place to work!

      Pros

      Pretty straight forward position and easy to to learn the job; great people(crew) to work with daily

      Cons

      Not understanding how each project/job affects your pay; not knowing when your day would end; talks of termination weekly during meetings; management cared more about the numbers than the individuals; it seemed like everything you did, you had to CYA on it.
