      Excessive cheap politics by a select few in management. Huge lobby culture Incorrect judgement of talent Management can appoint even almost fresher level employees in management level Bad ethics

      Pros

      The culture is great. It's a meritocracy where you can go as far as you want and good ideas are listened to and even adopted. None of that bro energy or who's the smartest in the room energy. Just hard working people who want to win, and who want to help each other win by designing and implementing a great product. Making sure the customer gets a great ROI is what its all about.
