Pros

Hands down the best culture I've ever experienced! - Tons of face time with the founders. - Tons of talent at this company, and everyone is extremely relational and eager to help you win. - You are given everything you need to be successful. - Full benefits. Great pay. - They invest time and resources into their people. - Not a ton of time in wasted or redundant meetings that could have been an email.

Cons

Normal Startup pains: - Challenging targets and Performance-based... you need to produce to stay... but you'll be given everything you need or ask for. - Not a ton of micro management... which for some could be a pro or con depending on the person. You need to manage your own process and pipeline. - It's a complex sale combined with a team selling environment... which means you need to involve multiple people on both sides to be successful. Lone Wolfs with something to prove tend not to stay long. - It's not a traditional 9-5. There are times you need to travel and be in person, and there are times when you need to be flexible with your availability. Still a really great work life balance though, because you manage your own schedule. - Don't expect a ton of development in your weaknesses. You get hired for your superpowers... and if your superpowers lead to value, then your superpowers will create opportunity/time to develop your weaknesses.
