Pros
Company culture. People are very friendly. Good place to have some fun with videogame in a free time if you care about it.
Cons
A lot of work for only one person to take care. They know they need more people, but while you're doing the job and motivated, they don't hire. I spent 1 1/2 year without help, taking care of a big client all by myself. It was common to work long hours and sometimes in the weekend when I was requested to, without receive any more money for that.
