Prime does an incredible job of intentionally training people to become leaders and executives. Their training program is helping me develop skills I wouldn't be able to get quickly elsewhere. I consider myself ambitious and a hard worker, and I'm really grateful for the opportunity to work for a company that values and rewards that in their employees.
