Pros

They want to go in the right direction. Some of the members of staff are very knowledgable. Quite good product.

Cons

Hardly any training, no structure, no progression. They seem to make things up on spot, regarding pricing etc. No real marketing material. Product is too expensive. Senior management do not know what they are doing.

Pros

Ownership & Impact: You're given a lot of responsibility early on. I've been able to own projects which have helped me grow quickly. Cross-functional Collaboration: I get to work closely with sales, product, demand gen, and exec leadership—great visibility and a strong understanding of how the business works. Smart, Supportive Team: The people are genuinely sharp and collaborative. I've learned a ton from peers and leaders alike. Customer-Centric: The focus on solving real problems for CPG brands using eCommerce and digital shelf data makes the work feel relevant and high-impact. Momentum & Innovation: The company moves fast and is constantly evolving—new product launches, AI capabilities, and thought leadership initiatives keep things exciting.

Cons

Pace Can Be Intense: If you're not comfortable with ambiguity or switching gears quickly, it might be overwhelming. Limited Formal Training: Learning is very hands-on. Great if you're self-motivated, but could be a challenge for someone who prefers structured development programs.
