Pros
Interesting work, friendly colleagues and fun social environment amongst the analysts. Some managers are great, and really support you to reach your career goals. Training is good, with knowledgable specialists onboard that teach you lots about OSINT. It is a decent place to start out and learn about investigations basics and analysis, or a good place to be senior in the organisation. Benefits like private health insurance, monthly WFH allowance and monthly vouchers are nice.
Cons
Pay is not good, and pay transparency is even worse. Difference between junior analysts and principal analysts can be £tens of thousands - and the difference in work does not warrant this. Some longer standing employees can be cliquey together, and favoritism can sometimes feel to be at play.
