Pros

The Qpage project is an interesting startup. Most positions are remote and you have daily meetings with team members.

Cons

Excessive work pressure and many tasks were very bad. Excessive waiting for managers caused stress and anxiety.

Pros

* There is a lot of independence in doing things and how to do them. The team is very open to suggestions about new features and implementation methods. It makes it very easy to have a sense of ownership about the product we are building. * There is a great emphasis on approaching work-related challenges we face daily in an organized and rational way rather than emotionally. It was an excellent new experience for me when I joined Qpage. * There is good documentation (we use Notion) about different stuff about the company, things like company values, onboarding newcomers, and KPIs. So it is relatively easy for a recruit to get a grasp of various things in the company. * The most important thing here is the result, and there is no nine to a five-time slot to work. You can come and go as you like, even for days, given that you deliver what you have promised at the start of a sprint. * The team is pretty motivated and hardworking, and you can sense it. * We are using the state of the art technologies in different parts of our company. For example, at my side as a data scientist, we recently have incorporated GPT-3 into our platform along with some machine learning services from Google and IBM clouds. So in terms of using the cutting technologies, I can say that we are not blocked by anything. * There is a great deal of emphasis on balancing work and life in Qpage, and it is reminded to new employees. Quality of private life and work of an employee matter here.

Cons

* There is a lot of independence in what we do, which can lead to stress because with great freedom comes a great sense of reusability. * It's a start-up company, so you need to have a long-term vision and an eye-one-the-prize attitude towards the future when you join.
