Pros
We get free food, hours are flexible, and my coworkers are great.
Cons
Often operating with a skeleton crew, understaffing is a huge problem, and it doesn't pay quite enough to make it feel worth it. But that goes for most food service positions right now, so I cant say it's worse than any other place.
