Pros

I'm struggling... Maybe something to put on your CV?

Cons

The negative comments already posted sum up exactly how I feel; however to summarise... The worst office atmosphere I have ever had the displeasure working in. Straight out of university and eager to learn, once the initial couple of days training was done with I was offered no help or support. If anything I was made to feel stupid regularly and it was almost like management wanted you to slip up so they could call you out on it and publicly shame you. Middle-management and other employees would throw you under a bus if it meant it saved themselves. And who would blame them really? If it saved you from a complete dressing down like a school child then anyone would; however this creates a very tense, uncomfortable atmosphere within the office My confidence was rock bottom when I left this job and have only just managed to realise I'm not worthless/useless, and I am able to excel incredibly well in other offices. The best thing I did was hand my notice in to Q2D. I would warn all future employees, especially graduates, do not be lured in by the job titles and the OK (for graduates) salary... It's not worth the public shaming, back stabbing and hostile environment you will be working in.

Pros

Free Coffee and snacks (sometime)

Cons

My experience at this company was ultimately disappointing due to the workplace culture and lack of support. One of the main issues was the team environment. There was a noticeable culture of gossip and back-channel criticism. Colleagues would often make negative comments about others’ performance rather than addressing issues constructively. This created a lack of trust within the team and made it difficult to feel comfortable or supported at work. Workload expectations were also challenging. Overtime was treated as normal rather than exceptional, and there was little recognition or appreciation for the extra hours put in. This made it difficult to maintain a healthy work-life balance. In terms of management and communication, expectations were not always clearly defined. Feedback was sometimes indirect or delivered through others, which made it harder to understand how to improve or align with expectations. When clarification was needed, responses were not always timely, which could impact deadlines and overall performance. Overall, I believe the company would benefit from fostering a more supportive and transparent culture, improving direct communication, and setting clearer expectations for employees.
