Pros
Low restrictions on what you can do. Free to implement new ideas. You "may" get treated nicely. A good place to grow if you like working without much management oversight.
Cons
Poorly managed. The company is fully owned and operated by a husband and wife and they have very little incentive to improve working conditions. They have many roles at once and that leads them to have little time for the hundreds of responsibilities that they have. In the end, the employees suffered. Any request to them can take a very long time for a response, if at all. Also, they don't treat everyone fairly. If they like you, they will be nice to you, if not they will give you hell. I do not recommend working here unless they are paying you a lot.
