For the most part a great culture with great company events.
Cons
R&H has been a great company up until recently. They valued their people and made their employees feel at home. However, recently, they have hired some personnel from Turner since they have been getting too big for their britches so to speak. This has drastically changed the company culture and they are not what they once were. Would advise working for a larger GC in lieu of R&H because they have completely lost they’re small company feel.
