      Pros

      You learn so much with every project, it makes you improve a lot your skills. The team is very kind, friendly and welcoming since the first day, and they're always looking for a way to make you feel comfortable. Also they respect your time off if you're done working for the day (unless there's some high priority stuff to attend).

      Cons

      Deadlines can be stressful sometimes.

      Pros

      Coming into this agency feels like a tight family. It is diverse and everyone is so positive. Everyone is always willing to help. You are offered chances to grow within months! Management is flexible and offers great benefits. They truly care for their employees and have an open door. It is fast-paced and you learn a lot. If you show you are eager and a hard worker you will grow fast within the company.

      Weight gain if you're not careful with all of the delicious meals often ordered. lol

      My team overall was extremely kind, fun, smart, and creative. Interesting perks like chef-prepared lunches and reiki sessions.

      Cons

      Leadership flip-flopped, leaving teams confused and directionless. The environment felt unstable, and employees were cut ruthlessly. Leadership and HR was very cold.
