      Pros

      Was enjoyable until a while wave of turnover from the executive team and Operations.

      Cons

      No room for growth and the Corporate and executive team do not care about operations. CEO does not care about employees either. Facilities are subpar unless you are working with the KC account or in Savannah area.

      Good management, flexible hours, pay is good and all the overtime that you want.

      Cons

      Management communication to drivers need to get better. To many lazy drivers that need to go.

      Very poor leadership. Albright one of the key leaders of the org. Disrespects employees by down talking them and manages through fear. Soleri is another poor leader within the org. Turn over rate is very high and they wonder why!
