People are driven and pleasant. The right team can bring a lot of success. Not a lot of negative people
Cons
Little managerial support, broker oversight. Some are better then others. Its important to find a company that wants you to succeed. Remax does but it boils down to your individual management and whether or not they take an interest in your success or just collect their money when you close a deal.
