Incompetent Singapore Country Head who is only concerned about himself, in every way. Complete lack of presence, management ability, financial knowledge, business sense, organisation skill, and everything a CEO should have. Singapore branch is the unfortunate neglected step-son-in-law with no budget to implement anything or hire anyone remotely competent, and yet saddled with ridiculous targets and projects without the necessary support or expertise from HQ.
