Pros
Like that the company places you on a bench if your contract with pharma co ends so that you do not get laid off.
Cons
Mgmt does not listen to the concerns of the employees. it seems as though the primary focus is meeting the needs of the client. Somewhere the employee's needs get tossed out the window. CRAs are far too busy and they expected to not only monitor but develop your territory as though we are in sales.
