Pros

If you want to move up or if you show interest in anything, they will allow you to try new things. The Group of people that you work with are funny hard workers.

Cons

sometimes there is drama which can be annoying. occasionally some micromanaging takes place.

Pros

This company is one of the better ones in the industry. Team and manager were nice. The benefits are very good. Pay is on par with the work involved. CEO is very caring and humble.

Cons

Hated the industry of work. Wished they had other kinds of civil engineering work instead of just materials testing and geotechnical engineering.
