In the short time I’ve been with ReCon, my experience has been outstanding. The atmosphere is welcoming and collaborative, with coworkers who are both friendly and supportive. Rather than a sense of constant competition, there’s an uplifting environment where everyone works toward a shared goal of success for the company. My manager is patient, professional, and genuinely invested in the growth and well-being of the team. ReCon is also excellent at providing the information and resources needed to complete assigned tasks effectively. Pay is competitive wages that reflect the quality of work and the hours are comfortable and manageable

Some of the procedural requirements can feel excessive at times.
