2 hrs to do an assessment and another 2 hours to transfer from paper to computer record? Not uncommon to work 10-12 hour days. Lack of training for New Hires to learn how "they want" you to document treatment plans and case notes.. High turnover. Disorganized at times. Did I say lengthy assessments? Way too much paperwork as opposed to electronic record keeping..
