Pros

Food and beverages is available. not free but cheap.

Cons

Toxic Environment: This place is a textbook example of a toxic work culture. Gossip, backstabbing, and favoritism run rampant, and it feels like everyone is out to sabotage each other just to survive. Horrible Management: Management is completely incompetent and unapproachable. They micromanage, play favorites, and dismiss employee concerns with a fake smile. Leadership here is all about appearances and zero substance. Zero Work-Life Balance: You’re expected to work non-stop, with no appreciation for your efforts. Burnout is not just common—it’s guaranteed. Say goodbye to weekends, evenings, and any semblance of a personal life. Unrealistic Expectations: They demand the impossible on tight deadlines and then blame you for failing. The pressure is unbearable, and you’re constantly made to feel like you’re never good enough. Toxic Positivity: The fake cheerfulness and forced "team spirit" are suffocating. It's like being trapped in a bad reality show where everyone pretends to be happy while secretly plotting your downfall. Lack of Accountability: Leadership takes no responsibility for their mistakes and instead scapegoats employees. You’re on your own in this mess.

Pros

Strong ownership, opportunity to manage people early, great people, nice campus. You will work on interesting problems and external companies. Great training if the space interests you.

Cons

Business future is uncertain, up or out management principles. New senior leaders somewhat disconnected from the day-to-day. Commute from Charlotte is horrible.
