Pros

Remote Work is obviously a bonus. They will provide you with a laptop and swag upon joining.

Cons

There is a clear lack of direction from upper management. The CEO (Greg) will nit-pick your work without providing valuable constructive criticism. Employees are pressured to post reviews on Glassdoor immediately upon hire. Look at the amount of CEO responses in other review, they should clearly tell you where the priorities lay with Relay leadership. They care more about their reputation than the people that work for them. This is a completely true review from a former employee, my previous review was taken down. Greg, if you are reading this, you need to adjust your mentality towards negative opinions of your working style.

Thanks for the feedback. Mine would be in return that judging a company after less than a month on the job, and in reaction to feedback you received and did not like, is reactive and not objective.

-Creating an innovative and efficient solution for a complex industry -Wonderful culture and collaborative work environment -Management team really cares about work/ life balance -The team makes sure each person has the resources needed to succeed

Cons

-Time differences from a fully remote structure, however Relay focuses to make sure any "cons" are addressed and worked on to improve the experience

Pros

Many opportunities for growth and advancement and consequently the company's leadership is diverse and effective. The compensation is very competitive while also allowing flexible hours to accommodate a healthy work/life balance. Great culture for passionate professionals to be rewarded for original ideas and result delivery. Working remotely at Relay Platform has allowed me to get my work done faster and more effectively and I have not had to sacrifice relationship with my coworkers. The flexible work arrangement has allowed me to accomplish more at work and have more valuable free time.

Cons

Company operates remotely (full time work from home) means you don't have daily in person interactions with coworkers, however there are regular company sponsored summits to connect employees in person and also many deliberate connections made regularly via zoom and slack.
