- Employees are free and encouraged to write what they want. There is no pressure whatsoever. They write that themselves and I don't know who is who on those reviews.
- Unless you have access to our pay, which you don't since no one who did so far left the company, I am not sure how you can say that the pay is low. In fact, we continuously get praised for our packages.
- On profitability: this comment reflects a lack of understanding of the startup world. While profitability is important, it is one of many metrics. Most startups are not profitable, which is exactly why they raise VC money. Do you not use Uber because they are not profitable?
- I am sorry that you did not appreciate our interactions. I value direct feedback both good and bad, and it is true I will tackle blatant underperformance. Some people appreciate feedback much more when it is positive, but here your overall tone and fact-free attacks point to you holding some grudge, so I am going to assume this might have been the core issue.
