Pros

Quote rush is nice but every broker in Florida has quote rush at this point.

Cons

This company creates a high-pressure environment early on, often attempting to steer new hires toward soliciting business from their previous employers. Within the first two weeks, you’re pulled into production meetings and questioned about your output—even if you only have one or two carrier appointments. When you point out the lack of appointments as a limiting factor, the blame is subtly shifted back onto you. Efforts to proactively resolve this by collaborating with agents who have more carrier access often lead to delays. Quotes can take several days to come back, and if revisions are needed, the process restarts—further delaying your ability to deliver timely solutions to clients. Given that speed, efficiency, and product knowledge are critical to winning referral business, this creates a catch-22. You’re expected to perform at a high level without being given the tools or infrastructure to do so. When concerns about turnaround times are raised, they’re often dismissed or met with further deflection. Training sessions—intended to support your growth—can feel unproductive. Rather than delivering actionable insights, they frequently devolve into long, meandering discussions that offer little practical value. Overall, the support structure and operational inefficiencies make it difficult to succeed, especially for those who are serious about building lasting referral relationships and delivering consistent results.
