Pros

Salary is good, that's about it.

Cons

They did away with employee stock options once bought out by private equity. They have unlimited PTO, but you get not chance to use it, as employees are over worked and taking off means falling further behind. Like just places your expected to stay on top of your deadlines, however your workload and deadlines are unrealistic which leads to working 60-80 hour weeks minimum, leading to burnout

We appreciate your honest feedback and want to acknowledge the concerns you’ve raised, many of which align with areas we are actively working to improve. Over the past year, we’ve implemented a new HR system to help managers monitor and encourage their direct reports’ PTO usage, ensuring employees take time to disconnect, refresh, and fully benefit from our open PTO plan. Additionally, we’re aware that rapid growth can sometimes lead to heavier workloads, and we’re taking steps to better manage this. Employee well-being and burnout prevention remain a top priority for us. Our Wellness Committee has launched several initiatives to promote work-life balance and mental wellness, including coaching sessions on time management, Gratitude Week, and courses on breathing and meditation. We value your input as we continue to work toward creating a workplace where all Resonators feel supported and empowered to thrive. Thank you for helping us on this journey.

Pros

My team is very collaborative and I feel as though my manager has my back. I'm excited about our product offerings and feel like we're doing something unique. I like that we have an open PTO policy and can work from home.

Cons

Sometimes things can change suddenly. It's not a huge deal becauseI think it should how agile the company can be. But it's not for everyone. If you need a lot of structure this is not the place for you.
