It seems they has been spending very aggressively since receiving their round E funding, and now having to make major cut backs. Resulting with large amounts of staff being let go and restructuring. Increasing targets and KPIs to make bonuses unachievable and staff being put on performance management if they are not achieving 150% of their target as a minimum.
Although management are advising they will reduce targets and KPIs to work with new restrictions but instead increase them, when asked why this is, the response is “just deal with it”.
