Pros

Work From Home, that's it.

Cons

Please do not join, not sure what happened to my review deleted even though I posted literally in the last 2 weeks so reviewing again. - Manager doesn't know anything, took 5 weeks to get an answer for a question. -Ridiculously high KPI's. Frowned upon for inbounds even though the big seller during interview was 'dw you'll get inbounds for your ramp period' - Non-existent leads, literally leads for the last 2 months are 'unknown', when raised to sales manager even line manager, they say ' you have sales navigator for a reason, do your job' - Expected to research a company, hit activity, onboard customers/admin, outsource your leads (bear in mind to find a decent lead would take 30 minutes as everything has been touched for basically all accounts on navigator) + quality of calls, get clients to transact, solve customer wqueries for buggy product = all within 8 hours lol complete joke - Interviewers lied and said 70% hit target. Quarter is about to end and to put it simply less than half of SEASONED AE's have hit target - Mass hired AE's in one go, last July, hired about 70 AE's in one go with an already high number of AE's/no leads = chaos/repeated leads touched within 3 months Hopefully that gives you an insight to show DO NOT JOIN.

Pros

+ Everyone knows Revolut - easier conversations. + Product is top tier. + Good benefits. + Good on your resume.

Cons

- Poor sales leadership - for a company so successful, very shocked at the low calibre of talent in senior sales roles. But product is so strong and they are not measured on employee retention so impossible for them to fail. - Tech stack minimal. - Large elements of favouritism.
