If you are talented and smart you will be overworked and painfully underpaid. The team lacks engineers so it impacts everyone and the product. The entire people success function of the business is terrible and poorly lead which results in people leaving the organization more than in the past, inability to hire good talent and hiring takes a long time. There is also a lot of mysterious or odd things that happen with little to no understanding why such as layoffs, long review cycles etc. The product roadmap can also be unclear at times. The product is very complex which makes it challenging to learn but that also depends on your role.
