Small spaces, even their Main Stage. Only one or two good designs a year. Contract and seasonal employees do not get overtime, vacation/sick time, or benefits. The hours are lousy due to improper planning that starts at the top and trickles down. Misogyny, racism and xenophobia run rampant in upper management. As well as narcissism and nepotism. Upper management is full of sycophants.
