No matter if you work hard or don't work at all, they will not fire you.

Management plays favorites and it shows. You're an outcast if you work. If you smoke, whether it is marijuana or cigarettes, you can have all the smoke breaks you want, if you don't, then you are prohibited from leaving your desk. If your kids do not play with managements kids on the weekends, you can kiss any kind of pay raise (2% if you are lucky) goodbye. Anytime something bad happens to the chosen few, excuses make sure no one hears about it, but if you are not a favorite, then you are instantly threatened to be let go and it will go in your permanent file.
