Pros
Outside of the leadership, there were a few people worth getting to know, and working with.
Cons
Our organization had the unfortunate experience of working closely with Rohirrim over the course of several months. What became painfully clear — and repeatedly reinforced — was a deeply ingrained culture of gender discrimination, particularly toward women in or aspiring to leadership roles. The behavior we witnessed was not subtle. Women were routinely dismissed, talked over, and excluded from strategic discussions in favor of less-qualified male counterparts. Feedback from female leaders was frequently disregarded or rerouted through male colleagues to be taken seriously. Senior women were routinely undermined, and upward mobility for women was either nonexistent or conditional on tolerating inappropriate and inequitable treatment. Worse, this wasn't isolated to one team or one leader — it was systemic. Attempts to raise concerns were met with defensiveness, deflection, or outright hostility. The company’s leadership appears either oblivious to the damage this culture causes or unwilling to address it. This is not just a glass ceiling — it's a glass cage, and talented women deserve better. If you're a woman considering employment here — especially in a leadership capacity — proceed with caution. And if you're an organization considering doing business with them, understand the values you’re aligning yourself with.
