      The pay is the only redeemable quality about this job.

      Cons

      Everything. Corporate micromanages, doesn’t help, is unprofessional, tells you to figure everything out on your own, doesn’t train you, if you get one one person’s bad side (which requires no effort from you) then you get on the bad side of the rest of corporate, they break promises, and anything else that you can think of that is negative. Pay is decent, but the insurance is god awful if you actually need to see doctors.

      Easy job if you want to work Pay is okay

      Cons

      GM treats people based off her mood, you can tell when she’s in a bad mood very easily. She takes it out on her employees. I feel bad for the ASMs. They seem stressed out a lot. Corporate constantly has their hands in everything which makes it worse Latest, we ran out of employee drinking water and they don’t care They don’t treat their associates humanely
