Pros
-Pay is decent (until you realize someone who is less qualified than you is actually getting more money than you) -Free turkey at Christmas (no bonus though or Christmas card)
Cons
-No accountability for staff or management -Affairs and drug use within the company -Don't expect a job description because you won't be getting one -Owner/President is rude to junior staff (won't even say hello).. same goes for all upper management -Communication is a huge issue as staff is not informed and then get laid off when not performing to expectations -Will terminate employment if you need to go on leave for a surgery or maternity leave (multiple cases of this) -Their "culture and values" is just a fancy sentence on a website that they do not follow -Jobs are all about who you know, not what you can do
