      Haven't found pros yet. Company doesn't care about their people.

      Cons

      They don't take care of the new people. There is no real training or guidance when you arrive. They don't have a customer list ready for you to work with and if the build one for you it is made of customers that no one wants or bad customers.

      Pros

      The company has been in business over 60 years. The company has multiple locations in the United States.

      Cons

      Lack of support and communication from different levels and different departments of management on what is expected. The lack of prioritizing or being able to reach management for direction makes things inefficient. Having many people leave in droves is indicator.
