      Pros

      - Some good colleagues. - Organise staff get-togethers. - A few great lower management.

      Cons

      - Senior management promotes/favors 'favorites' over quality/input/outcomes. - Inconsistent management paths. - Bullying sweeped under carpet. - Difficult to progress if you don't comply with this culture. - Whilst a diverse and inclusive gender workplace is advertised, this is not true, and this is further supported in lack of females in senior management.

      Pros

      I had a great experience interning with Shape mag in 2014-2015. It was a very friendly and fun team with exciting photo shoots. I’m grateful for my time here

      Pros

      Forward thinking always trying to improve the processes. Secure a lot of new business.

      Cons

      Just like many automotive companies we it can be stressful at times but also very rewarding. Will most likely have to work some weekends, trying to make it optional (have a weekend crew currently).
