- Good for talented people who want to work all the time and have no guts to share ideas, don't ask questions, laugh when asked, sit when asked, stand when asked. - Client respects and appreciates individuals contribution, family time and work balance. However, SLK managers dump more offshore dumb resources to deal with and make you work more. - It is a perk if you get a good team lead or developer under you. You have to work for it. - Managers answer to emails only if it is titled "Billing", "Good Job", "Congratualations".

- No cons unless you asking for anything. - Ask for raise, you are targetted for next replacement - Ask for rational for appraisal rating, you are targetted for remarks and blames - Ask for at least average developers to work with, you are targetted as incompetent leader - Ask a question in stand up comedy session of CEO, VP, AVP, you are targetted for not being loyal to seniors - Rating of 4.5 + out of 5.0 is below normal, ask for reason you would be rerated to 4.0
