Pros
- Life / Work balance: basically, you work how much you want so if you've just had a kid you can leave early, and if you want to learn, there are tons of projects to work on
- I see it as a school to learn online travel and ecommerce
- Top management very nice, very accessible
Cons
- Enormous amount of internal politics: people spend time fighting on their perimeter
- Not so many growing opportunities for youngsters: middle management is well paid with numerous teams to manage so there is little turnover
- Don't expect to become a millionaire
