      Free food on occasion Somewhat relaxed atmosphere Can be a creative environment Some of the staff are good people

      Poor wages & wage increases Very little hiring from the inside - lower level staff rarely moved up. Unchecked nepotism in upper level management Projects handed down with no clear direction or insight Aloof upper level management

      Pros

      HR and managers are very supportive with team members. Enjoyed working with them. Paid time off and Medical care.

      10 hours working was little too long but I got used to it
