Pros
The best part of my job that is supplied by my employer is my Engineering bosses. My immediate supervisor and department are really good. I feel like they care and always help me when I need it. They will allow me to leave early to pick up kids and stuff like that.
Cons
The problem with my employer is that outside of the Engineering Dept. they don't care much about engineers. The mechanics wear T-shirt uniforms to crawl around an aircraft while I have to do it in dress pans and shirt (thanks alot). There hasn't been any interest in increasing out pay in the last 6 years either.
