Pros

Benefits that include Major Medical, Dental, Eye Care,vacation and holiday pay, 401K Savings Plan,Company car,cell phone and laptop.

Cons

Use you for key account information,contact information,Buyer Calls,Introductory meetings. Very poor focus on market needs. No direction from middle management on what they want or how they intend to obtain business. Want you to call on wholesalers and retail outside your site list. Very little "work with". If you worked for RJR-Conwood, you're just about guaranteed to get a position in the field. Judge everything you do by cloud system data input for Retail accounts, nothing for wholesalers or Headquarter calls.

Pros

Company vehicle, good insurance, outside sales (not sitting in an office), 401K plan, some compenstion for cell phone

Cons

Very inexpereinced upper mangement for the OTP category. People hired based on who they know rather than what they know. Needs a good work plan, but more so, needs to start by learning what a work plan is. No productive direction. Totally different from the industry norm.
