Pros

it is a Work From Home job (probably the ONLY incentive there is aside from them supplying you with your own equipment), okay pay and benefits. If you're in the call center, you will always be guaranteed work with how many agents leave or not show up from stress of the job. In the rare case they do team building activities, it's actually quite fun. When I was in training there was typically a few days of the week we did Uno as a group to pass time which was fun. I enjoyed it. Typically short lived as we needed agents on the phones.

Cons

Oh goodness where we do start? I suppose we can with stats. I get ti, it's a call center and stats play a huge part of the business but forbid you have one off day and you will have your sup or the director message you about it and make you feel like you are awful at the job when you're not. While you are given RestRoom time, they expect you not to use it, and even if you use it because you are allowed to 30 minutes a day with it, they will question and likely write you up for it. The positivity in this environment feels very artificial and forced? If you've ever watched Caroline, it's very much the same vibe honestly. I hate being negative because overall, just an incredibly stressful environment I was in.
