Pros
The compensation is very competitive in the area and generally my co workers were amazing. The scheduler works with you with days off you may need to work around. She's amazing!
Cons
Everyone, in every department that actually works on the inpatient units are overworked and understaffed. For nursing, the turnover is crazy and the support from management is nonexistant. MHTs are expected to be security and are not compensated enough for all they have to do. There is a lot that needs to change. Nurses that were there for awhile were going PRN or quitting because they're getting tired of the work conditions. The insurance sucks.
