      -Incredibly smart yet humble co-workers. People are genuinely believe in doing well by doing good. - Clear strategy, strong leadership, amazing CEO - The room to do GREAT things: I'm having the adventure of my life charting new paths for the company, it really does feel like the sky is the limit.

      Cons

      - This place is best suited for self-starters. If you have a vision, and you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves, and roll with the punches: greatness awaits.
