Good pay and bonus. Most people have a 4 day work schedule.
Cons
They spent a lot of time telling us how as management we were the back bone of the company and then would turn around and do as much as possible to put you down and eventually run you out the door. Supervisors are eliminated or replaced after 5 to 10 years.
