Pros

This is not a disgruntled employee review. This is a 100% honest review. There are some things you will want to consider, should you choose to work here. The health insurance coverage was pretty good and the flexible schedule and Unlimited PTO was great. They prioritize professional development, which is great. They cover the cost of certifications and training. The team is full of super knowledgeable thought leaders in the industry, but they are very underappreciated and overworked.

Cons

At the time of this review, there were no employee benefits like work from home stipend, they didn't cover the cost of equipment needed for day-to-day operations other than a laptop, and they also do not offer any kind of retirement benefits. I thought it was very strange that Excel was needed for my job, but I was not provided a paid license, so I was required to use the free version, which has limitations. There is a requirement of 30 hours of billable work per week, but there wasn't enough work to go around. There is no transparency from upper management about how the company is doing. They promote a "collaborative environment with an open door policy" but when concerns were brought up about current processes, the only answers were "We're looking into it" with no exact date on resolution OR "It doesn't matter if you agree, it's policy." As a company, we were told in multiple meetings that we were doing great financially, the CEO would constantly say "we're killing it." "We're very much beloved." and then out of nowhere, 20% of the company was laid off with no communication or clear reasoning as to why.

Pros

Love working with such a versatile and supportive team! Everyone brings different skills to the table, and we get to work on a mix of SMB and Enterprise projects. The vibe is open, collaborative, and people actually listen when you speak up.

Cons

Sometimes things get intense, especially if you’re the only one with a specific skillset, but to be fair, leadership is aware and actively trying to balance it out.

Pros

The pay was the only redeeming thing about this job

Cons

Completely disorganized company. The leadership clique couldn't care less about the employees as people, only what they can do for them. Unrealistic expectations, no onboarding, support or collaboration. If you work for this company prepare to live on an island of anxiety and lack of direction.
